Our Story
Esther’s Voice
Founded in 2025 by two mums who spent countless hours sharing cups of tea and delicious Biryani rice with women in the Salisbury community. Through these conversations, we saw a common thread - many women who arrive in Australia struggle to find a sense of belonging and to have a VOICE in community. This realisation became the heartbeat of Esther’s Voice.
It all began with a simple yet powerful idea—meet women where they are, in their homes, and journey with them as they grow in confidence, learn English, and engage more in the community.
We understand that formal classroom learning can feel overwhelming, especially for those new to Australia. That’s why we created a program grounded in trust and relationship. Our six-month initiative offers weekly one-on-one English tutoring, tailored to each woman's needs and goals. But it’s more than just language learning—we walk alongside women as they set personal goals and build meaningful social connections.
Participants also have the opportunity to meet each other, forming a supportive network of women walking similar paths. Together, we create a space where every woman can be heard, supported, and empowered to thrive.
